These Terms & Conditions govern your use of oravellewellnessproworks.com and any order you place through it. The site is operated by Maryline LLC, 1106 W Ash St PMB #2048, Junction City, KS 66441. By placing an order you agree to everything set out below.

1. Who we are

Maryline LLC is the seller of record for every order placed on this site and the entity that charges your card. Our registered address is 1106 W Ash St PMB #2048, Junction City, KS 66441. Orders are packed and returns are received at a separate fulfillment facility at 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630. Customer service is on 844-640-2300 and support@oravellewellnessproworks.com, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.

2. Eligibility

Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment card you are using belongs to you.

3. Products and their limits

Oravelle sells non-prescription eyewear and general eye comfort products. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no product sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Speak with a qualified eye care professional about persistent eye discomfort, about any change in your vision, and before changing how you care for your eyes.

These glasses are not a prescription or medical device and do not diagnose or treat any eye condition. The lenses supplied with the Blue Light Blocking Glasses are plano, carrying no corrective power in either eye. They are not a substitute for an eye examination, and they are not supplied against a prescription.

We describe every product by its composition and its measurements. Where a figure is given — a milligram amount, a millimetre measurement, a weight — it is the figure we hold for that product. Colours may render differently between screens.

4. Prices

Every purchase option we sell and its price is listed in full below. Prices are in United States dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. The price shown on the product page is the price you agree to at checkout.

Prices may change, but a change never affects an order already placed. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error before an order ships; if we do, we will contact you first and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment and billing

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Charges will appear on your card statement as OravelleWellnessproWor.

All orders are straight, one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, auto-enrollment, or recurring billing of any kind. Nothing on this site enrolls you in a recurring plan, a membership, a trial that converts, or any other arrangement that would charge your card again. If you ever see a second charge from us that you did not authorize, call 844-640-2300 and we will trace it.

6. Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for size or weight. We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States and we cannot ship to international freight forwarders. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

7. Refunds and returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is received to request a return. Contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back, then send the parcel to 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630. 8. Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, where the price was listed in error, where we cannot verify the billing details, where the delivery address is outside the United States, or where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

9. Your account information and privacy

Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The text, layout, illustrations, and product descriptions on this site belong to Maryline LLC. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
