Frame on for screen hours
Wear it for monitor and phone time rather than all day. Expect whites to look slightly warm for the first few minutes and then to stop registering.
Wipes once a day, outside the eye only
Wash your hands, fold a wipe over a fingertip, and draw it along the closed lash line from inner corner outward. One wipe, one use. Nothing goes inside the eye.
Heated mask in the evening
One press for the lowest heat, stepping up only if you need to. It ends the session itself after fifteen minutes. Do not wear it to sleep.
Or the cool packs instead
From the refrigerator, never the freezer, one over each closed eye for about eight minutes. Keep the tin in the fridge door so they are cold when you want them.
Wash fabric, keep fills dry
The knitted mask cover machines. The heated mask body and the gel packs must stay dry. Clean the lens with microfibre only.
