01About this product
Two flat gel packs cut to the contour of the orbital area rather than made as rectangles, so they sit in the hollow under and around the eye without a pressure point on the eyeball itself. The gel stays pliable at refrigerator temperature, which is the whole point: a pack that freezes solid cannot follow the shape of a face.
They come in a shallow anodised aluminium tin that stacks flat in a refrigerator door, and that detail matters more than it sounds. Packs that live in a tin in the fridge get used; packs in a drawer do not. Two in the set so one can chill while the other is on your face. A comfort product, not a medical device.

Refrigerator, never the freezer
The gel is formulated to stay pliable at fridge temperature so it can follow the contour of a face. Frozen, it goes rigid and is too cold for eyelid skin, which is the thinnest on the body.
Keep the tin in the fridge door
Not a drawer, not a cupboard. A pack that is already cold when you want it gets used; one you have to remember to chill an hour ahead does not.
Rest, do not press
Lay a pack over each closed eye and leave it. Eight minutes is a full session. If the skin starts to feel numb rather than cool, take it off.
Wipe and return them
A damp cloth and an immediate dry, then back in the tin. Never pierce the pack and never put it in water.

- Can I freeze them for extra cold?
- No. Frozen gel is rigid, will not follow the shape of your face, and is too cold for eyelid skin.
- How long does the cool last?
- About eight minutes out of a fridge, which is roughly how long a session should be anyway.
- Why two packs?
- So one can be chilling while the other is in use, and so you have a spare when one is inevitably left on a bedside table overnight.
- Will these help puffy eyes or an eye condition?
